Nice vice but jaw has sheared after a fortnight.....I too in
the process of contacting the company in the States for a
replacement.

Nice looking vice and worked fine for a while. A couple of
years down the line the Jaws are showing signe of wear, with
a burred edge appearing which catches and cuts thread.
Temper dosen't seem hard enough and spares not available.
Back to my 12 year old Regent for me!

I agree with previous review the jaws do wear, I have broken
the jaw on mine under normal use in process of making
contact with Anvil USA to try to get a new jaw. the vise is
only 2yr old. On the plus side a fab vice when it isnt
broken !! The Anvil USA site does state Lifetime warranty, I
will post back if I get it resolved.
