Each outfit consists of a Guideline Explorer rod and a Reelmaster fly reel complete with a weight forward line and backing. The kit comes already loaded and ready to use in a protective cordura case for the rod and reel plus each kit comes with a free 'Start Up' DVD worth £19.99.

The Explorer rods are four-piece mid-blue blanks with matching whippings, uplocking reel seats, chrome single leg guides and quality cork handles. The 5 and 6wt are 9ft models, the 7wt is a 9ft 3in and the 9/10 is a 14ft double-handed rod. The Reelmaster reel is a large arbor design with an easily adjusted reliable drag system. The bonus DVD is full of advice, tips and tricks to help.

Part of the new softshell revolution a highly breathable soft & stretchy jacket that keeps you warm & stops the wind & light showers so you only need to put on a waterproof when it gets really bad.

The Guideline Softshell jacket has two large zippered side pockets and a rubberized water and wind resistant main zipper in the front. The fleece-lined collar has received special attention to become comfortable, high and wide enough to provide room for your neck, put tight enough to prevent cold winds from chilling you in a negative way. The arms are equipped with the very latest in Velcro closure materials for extra adjustment possibilities.

Guideline Explorer Wading Jacket
Guidelines new, functional and comfortable jacket offering incredible value for the money. The plain and discrete look will attract the attention of those who appreciate the right features but hate a lot of unnecessary junk on their clothing. Explorer was inspired by Guidelines bestselling DryLite jacket. It is manufactured in 2-layer 150D nylon fabric coated with a Teflon4 treatment for added water repellency.

It is fitted with a mesh liner, making it easy to put on and take off. WPR is at 8000mm/psi and breathability (MVT) is 3000g/m2/24h. The jacket has two roomy chest pockets fitted with two vertical, water-repellent rubber covered zippers. Arm cuffs feature a brand new type of Velcro closure and the hood is of our well-proven design from the DryLite and MicroStretch jackets.

Guideline AWM Fly Rods
In the AWM series, Guideline use the same manufacturing-process and the same ways of mixing graphites in different parts of the blank, as they do in their more expensive rods. This creates an even curve through the entire blank and the result is an unbeatable contact between the handle and the rod-tip during the cast. The weight and the balance of the rods, reveals a thing or two about the quality of the graphite Guideline use. The blanks have a distinguished, discreet brown/red colour and the rods are equipped with a cool looking Guideline reelseat with wooden insert. The cork in the handles is of great quality, quite unusual for rods in this price-point. Comes with protective cordura rod tube.

ALPHA rods are produced in high modulus graphite. All rods have a golden brown coating on the blank. Ceramic stripping guides and single leg hard chrome rings. Matt black aluminium reelseats with insert of anthracite colored graphite and supreme quality cork handles. All rods are 3-piece.

Guideline Inex Fly Reel

The Inex reels raised a few eyebrows when first introduced 3 years ago. It looked different from other reels on the market. performed better than other reels on the market and was lighter than other reels on the market thus giving this the reputation as the best reels around. The reels are manufactured in T-6061 prime grade aircraft aluminium. The integrated brake system is protected in the centre shaft and virtually unaffected by water or weather conditions.
