As you might guess from its name, the Platinum has a very special coating that makes this line one of the smoothest and quietest lines around. The greatly reduced friction means that these lines fly out of the guides. New tapers ensure casting accuracy combined with superb turnover and presentation. These lines have special low density/high floating white tips that resist being pulled subsurface by large flies for the ultimate in "Drag-free" drifts.
