The Guideline Distance RTG shooting heads will produce longer, smoother casts and enable you to cover more water. With an overall length of 12.5m (#8/9 is 12.1m) it is an easily manageable head suitable for casters of all abilities.

These heads come with factory welded loops at both ends and the rear loop is colour coded so you don't get the different line weights mixed up plus there is no cutting, weighing or measuring required – simply match the line rating to the one on your rod and it will work!

The Distance RTG heads come in 5 essential line densities:

• Floating – A great summer fishing line for low water conditions.
• Hover/Intermediate – Gets your flies down just enough to stop them skating, an awesome casting line too!
• Float/Intermediate – Perfect for smaller rivers and late summer conditions.
• Intermediate/Sink 1 – A great searching line for deeper pools and runs
• Sink 1/Sink 2 – A must have sink rate for all salmon anglers on medium to large size rivers.
