"A very good basic jacket without frills, hard to fault and offering excellent value for money. Its tough outer fabric makes it feel like a shell jacket, although it has a mesh lining. The outer offers plenty of protection and makes you confident that you will keep dry. Cuffs are very easy to use, although the velcro tabs do stick out and may snag fly line. Zips have tabs and so are easy to pull - a useful extra at this price. The jacket is noticeably east to pull on and off.
It has a great variety of pockets: bellows are deep and open easily with velcro; handwarmer pockets are snug; chest pockets have waterproof zips. The high collar offers extra protection. The hoods peak could be more pronounced. There are no back or internal pockets. the fit is on or above the waist. Clearly designed by fisherman exclusively for wading."
