Our stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh are now open everyday from 9am, with some restrictions - if you are coming to the store please make sure you read below first!
We will be open from 9:00am everyday until 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, 8:00pm on Thursday and 5:00pm on Sunday. In line with the latest ScotGov regulations we have made some changes to the way we operate instore!
We must limit the number of customers instore at any one time, so you need to be prepared to queue outside if you are visiting us at peak times - please dress accordingly! However, we cannot guarantee entry to the store if you join the queue after 4:30pm (7:00pm Thursday)! This is to allow all customers to safely complete their purchases and get through the checkouts before closing. You must wear a face covering instore at all times. Please do not come to the store if you have tested positive or have developed any of the COVID-19 symptoms.
Once instore, try to stay 2m from staff and other customers, browse as quickly as possible and touch only the stock that you need to. Help speed things up for everyone by making a list of what you need to buy in advance and use contactless payment wherever possible. We have plenty of live bait in stock for now, but if you really need Ragworm or Lobworms you should phone ahead and pre-book to save disappointment! We have installed screens, floor markings and increased and improved cleaning throughout the stores for the safety and peace of mind of staff and customers.
Our Mail Order and Click and Collect services are currently operating as normal.
