Better filleting for a good price
The well fitting green rubber handle and the flexible stainless steel blade ensure clean-cut fillets. This size of blade is best suited for processing small fish, such as Trout with the 7.5in blade ideal for fish up to 2-3kg and the 4 inch model a favourite for working with Pheasant and Pigeons
The filleting knife is an excellent tool for other jobs in the kitchen. The knife is supplied with a practical green plastic sheath.
Mb>Stainless chromium steel
The stainless steel used by Marttiini is easy to maintain as a blade material. A stainless steel blade remains sharp for long. Chromium makes up 13% of the steel mixture and the hardness of the mixture is 53-54 Rockwell units (HRC). A diamond sharpener is recommended for sharpening chromium steel.
