The Böker Magnum Ranger Field Bowie 02SC001 is a large fixed knife, inspired by the famous USMC knife. The same design with the handle made from stacked leather discs, but still slightly different.
This edition is, for instance, enhanced with a knife guard and pommel made from G10, instead of the heavier steel. As such the Böker Ranger Field Bowie only weighs 170 grams, despite its size.
The blade is made from stainless 7Cr17MoV. Easy to sharpen, and for a stainless type of steel quite tough. To prevent rust the blade is enhanced with a matt-black coating.
To keep the Böker Magnum Ranger Field Bowie close it comes with a cool leather belt sheath with press-stud.
