Product Description

The new Greys GR80 rod range has been massively upgraded with the introduction of 3M Powerlux 1000™ resin into its high modulus carbon construction. Lightweight, refined actions combined with increased strength and impact resistance result in a range of rods to meet the demands of all river and stillwater anglers.

Powered by 3M Powerlux™ Nano Composite
The key to the performance of 3M Powerlux™ technology is ts incredibly high shear modulus (stiffness of material)—60% higher than typical epoxy resins. This allows the resin to compensate for one of the primary weaknesses of carbon fibre composites—their relatively low compression strength resulting in improvements of up to 30% over standard fibre technology.
