Required To install the Forward DFA onto the front optical bell of a day telescopic sight, specially designed mounting assemblies (bought separately) are used. The adapters with a choice of 3 most common diameters with a set of reducing rings (the rings can be used as necessary depending on the diameter of the optical bell).



Choosing the correct size cover ring adaptor:

56mm Objective: Inserts internal diameter (mm) 65, 62, 60

50mm Objective : Inserts internal diameter (mm) 58.7, 57, 56

42mm Objective: Inserts internal diameter (mm) 50, 49, 48, 47

Instructions:
Insert correct ring, position the flat bottom part of the adapter in parallel with the optical axis of the scope.
- Tighten the ring on the adapter to achieve required tension. Please tighten the screw.
- Mount the NV. To dismount the NV unit please release the lock and turn in opposite direction until click and slide off the unit. Attention! If the unit is slightly off-centred, you can adjust the alignment by releasing the latch slightly shifting the unit before closing it again.
Attention! Do not use adapter without a ring. It will cause damage or loss of your NV system.
Tight scope mounting is the key in worry-free operations. Please select the outer diameter of your scope's frontal segment. It can vary slightly from the numbers indicated so choose the closest number. Then select the ring that will provide the tightest and complete fit.
