This system can offer a heat reduction of up to 30% when compared to traditionally designed spools with metal washers. As if that wasn’t enough, the reel is pretty much bombproof when it comes to saltwater resistance – it has no less than five of thei Hydro Seals, which are designed to prevent water ingress and give the reels a longer life, which is backed up by an International Ingress Protection Rating of IPX6.
