Click & Collect Terms and Conditions

1. Once you have placed your Click & Collect request, we will process your order and you will receive an order confirmation email once the goods are ready for collection - this will be completed within 1 hour of us receiving your order.
2. Glasgow Angling Centre will reserve the chosen goods and hold them for collection instore until the end of the next business day. After this time Glasgow Angling Centre cannot guarantee that the goods will still be available - if the goods have not been collected by this time they will be put back into stock and may be sold to another customer.
3. Customers opting to use this service will be expected to pay for their goods online and collect in-store at Glasgow Angling Centre. Please bring the credit or debit card you used for this purchase for verification. If you are purchasing knives or other controlled items please ensure you bring valid photo-ID such as a recent driving license or up to date passport + utility bill. Shop policy is not to sell knives to under 18s. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
4. We will make every effort to ensure that selected products are available for collection as indicated. However, from time to time it may not be possible to locate a particular item in-store. In such instances our staff will make every effort to contact customers by telephone at the earliest opportunity to advise them of the situation and where possible, offer an alternative. Glasgow Angling Centre cannot be held liable for journey costs or time lost in instances where a product is unavailable.
