These rods are designed to compliment the C2-D carp rod in both looks and performance. If casting long distances then you need Applications rods which are capable of performing at a similar level. These rods are only available with the Century SiC 50 guides but the outer carbon 1k twill and the black reelseat with red tippings match that used on the C2-D.

These rods share DNA from the experience in the previous Spod and Marker rods but Century have slightly lowered the diameter and increased the power while increasing the length to 13′. Bait delivery has been praised but accuracy is the feedback which has pleased us the most so anglers are buying these not just to use at long range but also to partner up with shorter intermediate distance rods like the NG or ADV.
