A wise man once said, “to add speed, add lightness” — to that end, HTO havelooked at each rod and removed several whippings to reduce their weight, many rods have unnecessary whippings around the reel seats and butt caps. These are merely cosmetic, but add weight. HTO also think this minimalistic style looks cool, too!
